PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
The HRPLD Mentoring Program Objectives are as follows:
- Match Mentees with Mentors based on:
- o Self-identified needs of the Mentees
- o Experience, skills and qualifications of the Mentors
- Provide a more seasoned professional the opportunity to develop leadership skills by sharing with the Mentee:
- o Ideas, practical knowledge, expert advice, coaching and counselling, information regarding career planning for HR practitioners, and provide encouragement and support
- Enhance Mentees' knowledge of the HR profession and HR practices
- Ensure the Mentoring Program adheres to the Vision, Mission and Values of the HRPLD
