PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

 

The HRPLD Mentoring Program Objectives are as follows:

  • Match Mentees with Mentors based on:
  • o Self-identified needs of the Mentees
  • o Experience, skills and qualifications of the Mentors
  • Provide a more seasoned professional the opportunity to develop leadership skills by sharing with the Mentee:
  • o Ideas, practical knowledge, expert advice, coaching and counselling, information regarding career planning for HR practitioners, and provide encouragement and support
  • Enhance Mentees' knowledge of the HR profession and HR practices
  • Ensure the Mentoring Program adheres to the Vision, Mission and Values of the HRPLD
