MENTOR & MENTEE
- Commit to a minimum of 2-4 contact hours/month (eg. in person, by phone, via e-mail, at Mentor-Mentee meetings) for 8 months

- Complete the Application
- Be matched by the Mentor Committee
- Complete a formal Agreement documenting expectations
- Evaluate progress at the 4 and 8 month marks
- Provide feedback to the Mentor Committee
