Mentoring Responsibilities
HRPLD
MENTOR & MENTEE
  • Commit to a minimum of 2-4 contact hours/month (eg. in person, by phone, via e-mail, at Mentor-Mentee meetings) for 8 months (Oct-May)
  • Complete the Application
  • Be matched by the Mentor Committee
  • Complete a formal Agreement documenting expectations
  • Evaluate progress at the 4 and 8 month marks
  • Provide feedback to the Mentor Committee
