Literacy Link South Central has requested this survey be sent to our HRPA London & District Members. Critical partners include The EMOLTB, London Employment Help Centre, Pathways Skill Development & Placement Centre, Goodwill Ontario Great Lakes, and Government of Canada's Office of Literacy and Essential Skills
The economy and our workplaces are becoming more complex and demanding. Global competition and evolving technology increases the need for highly skilled employees. Communication, problem solving and decision-making are just some of the essential skills that employers identify as lacking in the workforce. We are developing resources to help potential employees develop these essential skills. Your input is critical. Please respond to the short survey (see link below).
