I am delighted to be in the position to ask for your participation as members of a focus group for two newly proposed Human Resources programs. The two programs are an Advanced BHR  (3 Year) Diploma and a Graduate certificate (1 year).  Currently we are delivering the BHR Diploma (2year) program and now would like to broaden our horizons by looking at the introduction of the Advanced Diploma and Graduate Cert programs, both of which have existing Ministry of Training Colleges and Univ (MTCU) program standards and are being delivered at other colleges in Ontario. 

This is a quick turnaround; however, with the different approval steps we must follow to get these programs up and running for September 2010 (agressive goal but very necssary with the CHRP degree requirement change), I need your final say on the 2 programs that week.
