What is the refund process for events?

If you require a refund after registering for an event, please email This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it with your name and member number. In order to obtain a refund for an event, you must submit the request at least 3 business days prior to the event, no exceptions.

How do I register for an event?

There are two options when registering for an event.

  • Option 1 - If you click on the event through www.hrpld.ca, it will bring you to the event page. From there, click the register link. The register link will open a new page in your browser, so make sure to enable pop-ups. From there it will ask for your HRPA id and password. Once this is entered, an event page will appear, choose the London event and enter payment information. Please note that only credit cards are accepted online.
  • Option 2 - If you do not have a credit card and would like to register for an event, please download the following form, fill in the London event information and mail to HRPA (address listed on form) with your cheque payment. Payment will be processed through HRPA and your name will be added to our registration lists by HRPA.
  • ***Please note that faxed and mailed registrations to HRPLD will not be accepted.

I am not a member, how do I register for events?

If you are not a member, you will need to fill out a guest profile in order to register. This form will take less than 3 minutes to complete, and once completed will allow you to register for future events using a user id and password like a member. Follow the same steps by clicking on the registration link under the event page on www.hrpld.ca When the pop-up is visible asking for id/password, click on 'Sign Up as a New Contact' and proceed from there.

Where can I find job postings and resume resources?

I am new to the HRPLD and was wondering if I could be paired with a member for an event. How do I request a buddy for an event?

Our administrator will contact you with the name of your buddy if one is available. Please note that buddy requests must be received 3 business days prior to the event in order to be arranged.

How do I get a receipt for my payment?

After your payment is processed for an event, you will proceed to a page with confirmation of your payment. This is your official receipt indicating your registration for the event.
